Fees & Payment

• Individual Counseling: $130 per 45–50-minute session.
• Extended Sessions: Priced proportionally based on the $130 hourly rate.
• Initial Intake Assessment: $200 for a 60-minute evaluation.
• Crisis Intervention Sessions: $180 for a 60-minute session.

Appointment Cancellation & Rescheduling Policy

If you need to reschedule or cancel an appointment, please provide at least 48 hours’ notice. Missed appointments or late cancellations will be charged the full session fee of $130.

Insurance Policy Notice

I do not accept insurance. You are responsible for submitting claims to your insurance provider for potential reimbursement. A service statement or receipt can be provided upon request to assist with this process.

Confidentiality

Your privacy is legally protected, and our sessions are confidential. I cannot share information about you without your consent, except in the following situations:

• If you pose a danger to yourself or others
• If you are unable to provide basic care for yourself
• If there is suspected or confirmed abuse or neglect of a child, older adult (65+), or dependent adult
• If a court order legally requires disclosure

Other than these exceptions, all communication remains strictly confidential.
