About Me
About Dr. Moh Jazaieri
Psychologist and Therapist
I work best with adults who are holding things together on the outside but quietly running on empty inside. Many of the people I see are high-functioning — they show up for work, for their families, for everyone around them — but they have started to notice that something is not adding up. Some have never spoken to a therapist before. Others have tried and felt heard but not helped. What most of them share is a desire for care that takes them seriously — and actually leads somewhere.
I work primarily from a Cognitive Behavioral framework, which means we look closely at the patterns — the thoughts, habits, and narratives that have been running in the background for years — and figure out which ones are serving you and which ones are quietly making things harder. My training is in Counseling Psychology, and I have worked across very different settings: state agencies, private corporations, and community health environments. That range matters to me, because the pressures people bring into sessions rarely fit neat clinical categories. I also practice mindfulness and exercise myself — not as credentials, but because I genuinely believe how you relate to your body and your present moment is part of the picture.
A first session with me is usually a conversation, not an intake. I want to understand what brought you here and what you actually want to be different — not just what is wrong. If you are looking for someone who will be straightforward with you, stay curious about your experience, and help you build something that holds up in real life, I would like to connect. Sessions are available via telehealth across Washington. I also see clients in both English and Farsi.
