At least 48 hours' notice is required to reschedule or cancel an appointment. Missed appointments and late cancellations are charged the full session fee of $150.

Payment
Payment is due at the time of service. I do not bill insurance directly. Receipts can be provided upon request to support out-of-pocket reimbursement claims through your insurer.
Confidentiality
All sessions are legally protected and confidential. Limited exceptions apply when there is danger to self or others, inability to care for oneself, suspected abuse or neglect of a vulnerable person, or a court order requiring disclosure.
